 Beware this company.I downloaded a product from this company, and after trying it out, registered using my credit card. The license key they sent did not work. They have not responded to my emails. The website makes it extremely difficult to contact them. It seems that you have to pay more to even tell them that their program doesn't work. I would stay away from this company. Author's Response:

Firstly, you should register in our support area, the registration page is here: http://www.mapilab.com/users/reg_profile.html After that you can use the login and password specified in the registration form to login and create a trouble ticket. If you get a message stating your registration code as invalid please check the following: 1) Make sure that you are entering the code into the right programme . We have a variety of products and sometimes our customers confuse our programmes. 2) Make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the programme as older versions have other registration keys and can not recognize the newest ones; you can find the latest version here : http://www.mapilab.com/download/ 3) Note that the code is case-sensitive; so be careful entering it. Please mark the entire registration key and use the standard copy & paste function to avoid mistyping.
